Game changer has devised the following strategies to establish a vast ecosystem and elevate its business

Initial User Acquisition: Game changer's initial focus is on targeting the high crypto adoption rate in the ASEAN region, which includes countries such as Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines, encompassing a population of approximately 670 million people. The plan is to secure a user base in this region and gradually expand globally.

Onboarding Initial Point Suppliers: To build the Game changer ecosystem, the company aims to partner with fragmented indie game companies one by one. In the long term, this strategy will expand to include mainstream games and platforms.

These strategies demonstrate Game changer's intention to strategically acquire a substantial user base in crypto-enthusiastic regions and form partnerships with point suppliers to create a robust and sustainable ecosystem.

In the initial phase, Game changer plans to kickstart recruitment targeting its existing Southeast Asian Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) with a combined follower base of one million individuals. The objective is to onboard a minimum of 100,000 users as initial members of the Game changer community.
